Industrial valves

Industrial valve equipment comprises a range of stainless steel components such as faucets, valves and actuators, valves, check valves, fittings, and pressure control devices used for fluid transportation. These components are used in sectors like food and beverage, chemical and agrochemical industries, water treatment and distribution, energy production, and construction.

Valves and connections used in industrial valve systems must meet stringent requirements for hygiene, food safety, temperature and pressure resistance, and fluid compatibility to ensure efficient and safe fluid handling.

Consequently, seals ensuring the sealing in valves must meet these constraints and possess industry-specific certifications.

Coatings

In Techné's Morancé workshop, seals coating are carried out to enhance their characteristics: improved sliding, facilitated assembly, identification, and personalization.

  • T-Lub® facilitates seal assembly in static applications.
  • Permanent or semi-permanent T-Coat® improves natural sliding properties and seal lifespan in dynamic applications, preserving the initial seal properties.
  • T-Surf® ensures seal cleanliness and non-contamination while retaining original material properties.
  • T-Color® addresses customization needs and also enhances friction properties.

In the range of certified coatings, Techné offers the following coatings:

  • FDA
  • CE 1935/2004

  • Food-grade : FDA, CE 1935/2004, NSF H1
  • Drinking water : UBA, W270, WRAS
