Our results in detail:
- Pay gap: within the representative population (82 employees out of 171), men are paid 6.6% more, which impacts our score.
However, across the entire workforce, women are paid 7.7% more, highlighting an overall positive trend. - Salary increases: over the period, 7.8 more women than men received a salary increase.
- Maternity leave: one employee on maternity leave received a salary increase upon her return.
- Top salaries: among the 10 highest salaries, there are 6 men and 4 women.
